Ask your coach for a cut, but I'm pretty sure that illegally in SA Wrestling cups. I know our trainer says he will not be starting.
I suggest Briefs (wrestling memories, NO Hanes or FTL)
You can also use an athletic supporter.
In fact, indicate briefly on an athlete. More room for movement and if it is properly the most comfortable and be supportive.
