Would it be illegal to lock my moped/motor scooter up to a handicapped parking sign in a store parking lot? - moped store in chicago
I Align it so that the parking on both sides of the sign still offer space for one car, so I should not technically be among the points. Is it illegal / ticket I receive? I would not jump to the problem to a bicycle on the sidewalk because there are more corrupt because they saw all he has left the shop, I do not want the wheel on the sidewalk, because I can not go, and I was afraid it would be so visible that it is not stolen. I doubt you will find in a position to do that, the car park is likely to be a warning or a call from scooter and moped be eliminated regulated. I've seen people, bicycle chain with a disability or signs that say: sign "reserved parking" and then comes the security and prevents the signal.
I think it would be a good thing, but if you like I was lucky to have someone hit the sign and the damage, especially if their disability.
I do not know know exactly how you would answer this question, but if it were up to me, not me.
